Mineral-Rich Herb for Strength and Vitality
Stinging Nettle, or Urtica dioica, is a nutrient-dense leafy herb known for its high calcium and mineral content, making it a powerful ally in supporting bone strength, kidney health, and overall vitality. Rich in vitamin C, nettle also helps boost the immune system.
At Kyo Naturals, our nettle is collected and cultivated near our farm area in the Dhoula Dhar mountain region of Himachal Pradesh, where it grows in clean, fertile soil at the Himalayan foothills. After harvesting, the leaves are carefully washed, sun-dried, and packed in a dust-free environment to retain their purity and potency.
